A special thanks to Professor Bruce Hutton, Professor Don Mayer and Professor Kevin O’Brien for judging this year’s Daniels round one competition.

If I were a startup conpamy I would offer my early-stage employees personal equity in the conpamy, so that they would want to see it develop and not a competitor. Of course signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement is wise, but I believe that the entrepreneurial spirit would lead your employees to go above and beyond to make their own personal equity grow.
